2.4. Our collection may include handcrafted, hand-finished, handpicked, and artisanal textiles. Such products may naturally contain minor variations in weaving, texture, dyeing, printing, embroidery, embellishment, or finishing. Such characteristics may form part of the nature of the product and are not necessarily defects.

2.6. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantity available for purchase, subject always to applicable law.
3. Orders and Order Acceptance

3.5. You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase, including the selected product, colour, quantity, shipping information, and contact details.
3.6. Our Exchange Policy applies to eligible orders and forms part of these Terms.
4. Pricing and Payments
4.1. Product prices displayed on our website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers may change from time to time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where correction is required due to an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

4.4. Where shipping charges apply, they will be displayed to you before you complete your purchase. Where Knot13 offers free shipping, the applicable shipping cost is borne by Knot13 or incorporated into our pricing as applicable.
4.5. Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4.6. Knot13 does not directly store complete debit-card, credit-card, banking, or UPI credentials. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its terms and privacy practices.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We will arrange shipment of accepted orders to the shipping address provided by you at checkout.
5.2. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, logistical conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.3. Once an order has been handed over to the relevant courier or shipping partner, delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery date.
5.4. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
5.5. If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted by applicable law.
5.6. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Exchanges, Refunds and Order Issues
6.1. Knot13 operates an Exchange-Only policy for eligible cases, subject to product availability and applicable law.
6.2. Cash or original-payment refunds are not ordinarily provided except where required by applicable law or where otherwise expressly approved by Knot13.
6.3. Our detailed Exchange Policy explains the eligibility requirements, reporting period, unboxing-video requirement, product-condition requirements, exclusions, and exchange process.
6.4. Customers must review the Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
6.5. Where an exchange is approved and the replacement product is of higher value than the original product, the customer must pay the difference in price before the exchange is processed.
6.6. Nothing in our Exchange Policy or these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
7. Cancellations
7.1. Orders are processed promptly after purchase. Customers should carefully review their order before completing payment.
